I think Alfa-heaven has some orginal good years 16.5 tires that came on the M880..... maybe you can get them to throw in a set if you are worried about the bigger tires. -

Do not even hesitate to make one of these trucks a daily driver. you will not regreat it,( if you can live without air, electric windows and cruse control ) The 318 and 727 are well proven, the fact that it is a full time 4wd is only an issue at the pump.... and then it isnt all that worse...
