    Black out lights

    I have black out lights in my CUCV. I think they are the same in a majority of Mil. vehicles. Anyone know how to get them to work. Of the two switches, the one on the left of the panel that is supposed to turn on the night V lights is a momentary toggle switch. I dont have night V goggles to...
