So far so good. Have used it on a few outings. Easy to start, carries a good load and quiet. Got it for half price at Lowes, was a cancelled special order.
A bit of catching up to do. Was busy last couple of weeks finishing up as much as I could on the deck for the Winter Rally. Installed the generator on a roll out platform so I can fuel it and check the oil. It is strapped down with rubber isolators to wheeled plywood which in turn is locked...
Still moving forward, which is a good thing I guess. Swapped in a brand new airpack for the rear brakes. The one in that spot I had resealed about a year and a half ago, started dumping fluid out of the air exhaust line. Have not road tested yet. Totally finished the screens and bug...
Thanks OD and AA. But that would help with sagging, which it isn't doing. Only weakness I see is twisting, like if your foot got in the way while opening or closing. So far so good.
Well now I officially have an installed screen door. I'm sure not many deuces have one. I was not sure what I wanted to do, either get one custom made, make one out of wood, cut down a conventional screen door, or cut down a sliding door screen panel. The latter won out. Took it apart...

Made good progress the last three days. Had some aluminum expanded metal custom cut by the metal shop. Got that painted and installed on the exterior for screen protection. Also had some cut for shelving, yet to be installed. Got most of the screens installed as well. Still need to screen...
Then I made a single pivot point to tie in to the rear of the box. Wanted it to be able to pivot a bit if needed. I figured with the springs I used in the frame mounts, that I should allow for some movement. Cut the vent hole for the hot water heater and installed the heater for good...
Not much to show for 10 days in a row, but did get some stuff done. Was able to find two more corner bows courtesy of FloridaAKM ( thanks !) and finish fabbing up the roof supports. Got that finalized and tied in, started on the roof sheet metal install. Used the panels I had removed from the...
Got rained out today, so didn't get as much done. Did set up another bow frame and cross bar, still a lot to do. Also still tinkering with my trailer light set up, had a bad converter box, swapped that out, now it gives me brake lights for awhile after everything is turned off. The saga...
