    I see what your concern is. I had already machined mine down on the other beval so thats why mine doesnt sit out . I did it before i installed them so I didnt think about it anymore after the fact. It still doesnt change the fact that at least on a rear mount its a proven system.

    My counter sink across the flat is .2 wide .so it is a large 1.Also if you really think about it the large tractors like my m920 are the same way in the rears . Tire than bud nut , then next tire, then big nut. They have been building trucks with the tires mounted like that for who knows how...

    It doesn't on mine . Mine had a countersink enough that it doesn't. Been running them for a few months that way and no problems.I'll have to read the other threads and see whats different with theres ?

    Actually I ran my bud nuts up on the studs first then mounted my rim then used the larger nuts to hold the rim on mine.
