    Jamaweib's suggestion about the throttle linkage and the Plunger guide on these machines is critical. Make absolutely sure the linkage moves freely and take off the cap and delivery valve and move the plunger as he said. You can also spray carb or brake cleaner in there to help dissolve any gum...
