    Why not go to electric fans ?

    Check the air solenoid behind the kick panel on the passenger side. If it sticks it doesn't allow the air to escape so the fan won't engage. Test it by getting it up to the temp the fan should engage and tap it with a wrench. This happened to me and even when I took it apart and cleaned it it...
