    I haven't purchased the welder yet but I've used propane/ oxygen for cutting since I was a kid. Much cleaner for sure. To be honest, I can't compare, never used acetlyne for fuel. It sure is nice to be able to grab a bottle of gas off the grill and finish the job.

    Gathering all the stock parts may prove difficult unless you buy a parts truck. The PTO setup is just a generator, you need to add welding capabilitites. Your truck is ideally set up for an engine driven welder. Perhaps a Miller Trailblazer or a Lincoln Weldanpower would suffice. Should fit on...
