    should be this part New M37/M43 Control Tube Dash Grommet - 2 Hole - CC1271722 – Vintage Power Wagons but inquire with VPW to verify. I couldn't find the metal shell, they may have that too. Ill get a detail shot of that though

    Ill grab pictures of mine under the dash when I have daylight since its cleared out, but it does enter from the engine compartment as G744 says, next to the speedometer cable, at least on mine
