Found lose fittings at dump valves and at the diaphragm manifolds at the wheels. Used a small bore pipe cleaner from Amazon to check the hoses and fittings all the way to the hub. No blockages.
How does the Spicer PCU control the steers vs the rears? Multiposition solenoid? I can get the fronts to dump with pressurizing the deflate line with air, but not the rears.
Day 356, still no CTIS function......"No I have not checked them, sure their fine...."
These were not on my truck, but I believe these are spares that came from my M1082.
Sorry break into this discussion. You seem very knowledgeable on CTIS. I have humming noise coming from the diaphragm area of a front tire's CTIS hardware. The tire looses some air. Can I assume this is likely a faulty diaphragm?
