My kit arrived today. 4" lift kit from Offroad Design with steering box brace, u-bolt reversal kit and D60 kingpin spring and bushing kit. Very happy with the quality. I have just ordered a lift kit from ORD 2 days ago. They do not ship international so you will have to find someone who can have them shipped.
