    Something else to check. Make sure the emergency shut off valve is fully open.

    This is just a guess without actually looking at it. The jelling is probably from the military using biodiesel. That stuff will jell after sitting, not a problem if the truck is always being run. If there was any in the tank it could have jelled, even if you had added diesel later. The...
