    Mine has the 3070 and will push to about 58mph, however, once that 48-50 threshold is surpassed the little Cat does want to push up the heat. These trucks are comfortable at the 45-50 range.     If I remember correctly, the all wheel drive is split 30/70 power front/rear. The "Mode" button will split it 50/50. 1st gear is only manually selected, as a "Low" range.
