    Driving a personal Humvee on the streets while national guard is deployed in state

    I figure my kicker base and tunes will differentiate me from any guard units. My local PD now has 4 HMMWV’s. They know me. The key is to be helpful and supportive of their mission. They will ask for help if need be. Stephen.
