    Probably more cost effective to buy a wrecked or salvage later model rig with a 5.9 Magnum with a 5 speed (2500 or 3500 rig). This will give you everything you need plus fuel injection. You will probably spend double trying to find a 360, get an NV4500 seperately, make the tcase work, etc.
