    I don't think that there is any such animal as an MEP-002 or 003,they are all "a" units (I could be wrong though). The 002a is 5 KW and the 003a is 10 KW. The guy running the ad is trying to snowball somebody, it's a 5 KW unit. There is no "peak" rating on these sets, but the starting...
