    2012 F450 Hauling 32,000 lbs. (5 TON)GVWR=44,500

Yes, 24,000 on the axles PLUS 5,000 on the truck. That is 29,000 for the arithmetically impaired. At that, the trailer is NOT overweight for the frame nor the axles on the truck or trailer, just for the little sticker printed to avoid FET. I've done the panic stops as a test, you can't...

    2012 F450 Hauling 32,000 lbs. (5 TON)GVWR=44,500

Doc, my trailer was "de-rated" to 25,900 GTW to avoid paying the 17% FET. I'm rarely over that but with 2 - 12,000 axles, 22lb/ft I-beam frame (rather than the standard 17 lb/ft) and 5,000+ on the truck my trailer isn't over stressed. My truck only has a 34,500 GVWR and I admit I do exceed...

    2012 F450 Hauling 32,000 lbs. (5 TON)GVWR=44,500

Actually, here anyway, you can let them pay for fuel, but no compensation for time and the vehicle. As far as my lunch, we trade buying lunches, we are FRIENDS!

    2012 F450 Hauling 32,000 lbs. (5 TON)GVWR=44,500

Perhaps, but he WILL BE before too long. They don't play nice with people who bend the rules. That's why I never charge, and RARELY haul anyone elses stuff. I hauled a CCKW last week but that was for a friend, and he bought me lunch.

    2012 F450 Hauling 32,000 lbs. (5 TON)GVWR=44,500

Hmmm . . . M817, 23,761 lbs. 50¢ a mile for fuel and $2.50 a mile to pay for commercial weight fee tickets rofl I never run mine commercial, but if you're charging, you can't help it. Just too many rules and regs once you go commercial for my tastes. From all the required...

    2012 F450 Hauling 32,000 lbs. (5 TON)GVWR=44,500

Mine is like R Racing's trailer, 25900 but mine is much shorter in length. It was rated as such to avoid the 17% FET that starts at 26,000 lbs gross rated trailer weight. I had my I beams upgraded to 22 lb/ft, extra heavy torque tube, extra heavy deck supports (both size and spacing), all...

    2012 F450 Hauling 32,000 lbs. (5 TON)GVWR=44,500

I have the '08 F450, before they neutered the 450 axles. I have a MUCH higher load rating due to my S110 axle compared to your 80 series axle. I've put 6000 lb on my truck and I'm telling you you'd KILL your 450 with 10,000 of pin weight. As stated before your axle ratings INCLUDE the weight...
