I have seen on the sf-97 and supporting docs what GL gives the gov and it's not much. A 5 ton cargo cuts the gov around 70k. If I paid 4000 the gov got a few hundred.

Iron Planet offers their "Ironclad assurance" on certain items. They stand behind their inspection/evaluation of the items. Other items are sold as-is. No I have won auctions at the 25 dollars starting bid. Plus fees of course. Most of the auction sites that sell municipal and gov property have low starting bids.
