CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

You can put the Schrader valves back in and be fine. The system is sending air but since air is escaping thru bad hub seals, less than the intended pressure is reaching the wheel valves. It is enough pressure to hold the wheel valves open a bit and the system is dumping air. It just dosnt know...

Loud noisy honking siren sound is bad hub seals. Inexpensive part but expensive labor to pull axle shafts to replace seals.

If you have verified air coming into the valve body. You can open it and try to individually test the solenoids. I could see some moisture getting into the unit and sitting for a period of time and being stuck. The whole assembly can be carefully taken apart. When you remove the 3 valves...

It should do an initial pressure check as soon as the switch on the air tank tells the system that you are up to 120psi. It will send some air out from the valve body. This may be had to hear with the truck running though.

If you have a leak somewhere and only 15psi or so is reaching the quick release valves then they will dump.

Full pressure. System needs 120 psi to start and will cut out if air goes down past a certain point. The copper coiled line on the firewall by the governor is the valve body air feed there is the little catch trap inline though. The valve body consists of 3 solenoid valves and one pressure...

Did you check the air supply to the valve body? It needs air coming in to send air out for the pressure check.

Check the connection where the harness meets the plug for the pressure sensor. On the top of the valve body. Thats a problem are also. It gets alot of flex there.

Take an air hose from your compressor with the truck off and feed air into the valve body output. You want to be over 40psi. Search for leaks. They are hard to find with the system on it senses and goes into protect very rapidly. A common place for an air leak are the rear wheel valve feed stems...

Fill the tanks shut off the truck turn on power and run have someone in the cab press run flat or hwy and walk around the truck listening for leaks. I just did this today and was able to find a leaking wheel valve on a truck I just got in.

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

There is a over pressure valve on the side of the valve body. That can go bad and leak. There are o rings in the valve body that can leak out the side of the valve body. But if you already swapped out the controller and valve body with tested good ones then chances are that's not your issue. The...

CTIS 5 flashing lights, no air leaks, no mechanical faults.

If it goes to 5 flashing lights after the initial pressure check, chances are you have an air leak somewhere. Wheel valve o ring, hub seal something like that. It could also be not enough air feed to the valve body. Clean out the catch trap. Turn up the air governor to 135 psi.
