    Can anyone guess what this is?

    3126 is computer controlled. Something has to really go wrong to over rev. Sometimes stuff just comes loose in the head, things slip to the side. I have seen it a few times in mil engines.

    Can you spin the engine? Either via alt pulley bolt or loosen the intake and by hand.
