    CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

    Sounds like a hardware issue. If the system fills and is at highway pressure and tben a few seconds later it does a pressure test and thinks you need more pressure. The ecu could be programmed for higher pressure or it could be that high due to a fault and the system thinks there is less. The...
