    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

My 5 ton is a m52a2, but it has a title so I'm sticking to it. The point of this thread was that I was deciding which would be better for my build and figured someone else may have similar conflictions so I simply stated what I discovered. Idk how a m939 series would be easier to work on than a...

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

Well here I am years later still plugging away at this build. I should have done 2.5 ton bc the truck I bought needs everything a m35 would've needed. Updated braking system, steering system, electrical, air, EVERYTHING is being updated. Im 12 valve swapping it and finding the proper clutch and...

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

I really wish I could find a M54A2 for close to 10k like I'm finding the others. I'm really hoping to pick one up near January.

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

Gorgeous, I would love to have one. The M54A2 is exactly what I'm looking for. I can't seem to find any though. I found a M52A2 but it is a tractor I want a crew cab with a bed.

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

I'm happy I'm wrong on this, makes my job easier. Why does everyone recommend manual lockers on the front?

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

My name is my own concern, deathvow is personal to me and is in no way a reminder to anyone but me. If your so sensitive go away, you don't have to come to my post to pick a fight over something so trivial. I'm only here to glean information that would be otherwise a pain to gather.

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

I've heard that the mid axle is geared different than the rear. That the tires fight each other on pavement. I'm glad I don't need an CDL. I'm gonna go with either an M54A2 or M52A2 and build it from there. About that m51 dump truck bogging down what engine was it?

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

I just discovered the m54A2. It's what I was looking for, It's got the multifuel, I couldn't be happier right now. I love the idea of being able to throw some gasoline with some diesel or oil in if times get rough.

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

Full air brakes means CDL I'm trying to avoid that if at all possible. I have VERY limited info on the 809 series, but I know my way around a Deuce. I just want to know if there's any reason why a 809 series would be better.

    2.5 or 5 ton truck?

I'm building my dream truck but I don't know if I should go with the regular Deuce or M813. My priorities: 1 Parts availability 2 Required maintenance 3 Power (multifuel or NHC 250) pros/cons 4 Performance on/off road 5 SHEER AWW effect. I want to crew cab my truck, throw some 46" or bigger on...
