    Found out my hard start issue wasn't because of the injector lines like I thought.. It's pissing fuel out of the side of the IP throttle shaft.... a known issue... about 2 drops a second...

    Studded tires are REQUIRED in some parts of the country... chains as well... depending on location/time of year/road conditions, etc. Aren't plastic/rubber studs still OK in DELMARVA?

    Dumb is an understatement. The pintle hook and bumper attachments aren't rated for the weight, you have no brakes, and the rear axle isn't designed for that kind of stress either. I'm the last person to think .gov should be involved in things, but this is definitely one of those situations...
