So, I didn't know why I was losing prime after sitting overnight.. turns out it's the throttle shaft seal .... and I toasted a starter after trying to crank so long.

A couple things..
1. That was already removed, so of course it's easy. You have to remove the intake in order to get to it when it's still on truck.
2. If the throttle shaft O-ring is bad, then the internals of the pump are probably not that far away from being toast as well, being that it's...
Found out my hard start issue wasn't because of the injector lines like I thought..
It's pissing fuel out of the side of the IP throttle shaft.... a known issue... about 2 drops a second...
I used to live in Fredneck... and Smithsburg... I know all about the area.. I do miss it dearly... east coast mountains are entirely different from west coast mountains.... Kinda hard to articulate but they're different.

Studded tires are REQUIRED in some parts of the country... chains as well... depending on location/time of year/road conditions, etc.

Dumb is an understatement. The pintle hook and bumper attachments aren't rated for the weight, you have no brakes, and the rear axle isn't designed for that kind of stress either.
I'm the last person to think .gov should be involved in things, but this is definitely one of those situations...
