Please don't use wingnut terminals. The proper military terminals are better in every respect, easily available, and inexpensive.

If it's a permanent modification, I'd look at van bodies. Also, XPS foam is great for insulation, inexpensive, and sturdy enough to use as doors/walls in the proper thickness, for semi-permanent applications.
