Hi Paul, Trouble shooting electricals via typing is dangerous. To measure resistance on a contactor, it needs to deactivated (as you did) and no ohms/open circuit is verified. Paul, As mentioned on the phone, disconnect the wires on the side of the contactors and then measure resistance. This will allow you to measure actual resistance (if any) of the contacts, both energized and non-energized. The silver relay in the 800 series box is: Stancor 70-903 and can be...- TedG

hi paul, that might be a 900 series box. they work in 800's though. can you check resistance through each contact? intenals might be oxidized. since I can't see well using my phone maybe there is an issue with the pcb . even 'new' trucks have problems! ted- TedG
