    Yep. There's safety conscious and then there's being too afraid to walk across the street without a reflective vest. With a couple of safety chains, I don't see what the issue would be other than the angle. And even then, not much of a problem so long as they keep it on paved road. I'd post...

We get it, advertisements are annoying!
