    If I were looking for a "kit" I'd do something like this. Viper has been around forever. It has a starter kill, a little blinky LED (to scare away the bad man), and when the door opens it would lay on the airhorn...

    No one uses air train horns for their car alarm. That would get a lot of attention, fast IMO. :) But honestly, disabling the vehicle is pretty easy w/o any special security system. That just leaves intrusion alerts if you want them. Door pin switches and a train horn would be my goal.
