    1 quart per tankful since day one. No smoke at all. Almost 6k miles driven since I bought it. Thats not your issue.

    I also use two-cycle oil at every fill up. No smoke at all at anytime. Runs smoother and not as loud. Have you replaced your air-filter? Ive read several threads that mentioned lack of enough air might be the culprit for the smoke. Could also be several other things also, but I would start...
