    My understanding was that once that item/system was surplussed out, that restriction no longer applies. I know the site rules apply to current and active restricted manuals. Including old systems no longer in use, but not released for surplus.

    You can request it through the Freedom Of Information Act. It will take a VERY long time, if ever, to get it. I’m still waiting for a publication for the NF2D Light Tower/Genset. It’s been over a year. Hopefully someone on SS has a manual or access to one.
