There is an adjustment on the injection pump. It's pretty simple, it is a stud with two nuts on it. Break loose the jam nut, and tighten the other causing the rod to be "pulled" out of the pump. I think I went 1-1/2 turns on the nut. Really you need a pyrometer to know for sure, but so far mine...
