Even for free it will be a lot and I mean A LOT of work to get this going again and a lot of money and time. I wouldn't (but I'm not that ambicious). In my mind, it's a parts truck.

Looks like an M37 to me, someone probably just attached a logo to the hood. It looks like a project, if that's what you are after.
