    Idle surge problem, tech advice requested

    When you reinstalled the hydraulic head, did you make sure the Fuel Control rod was seated properly? Also did you clean the Fuel Control Rod passages and make sur eth plunger moved freelY? Don't know if that is causing the issues but I have seen many trucks with very sticky Fuel Control...
