    Years ago when I bought my first Deuce from GL it took 6 months for my EUC to clear. In the meantime I bought four more. Had to pay for pick up all of them at the same time. Fun times. I don't know why everyone is complaining. ;-)

    I have seen a canoe require an EUC. It all depends on how the "military" personnel fill out the paperwork for turn in. The auction houses have no say if one is required or not. Now getting it processed is another matter
