    Careful with bio, it is highly corrosive and the early Cummins junk didn't like it, BUT, since it is corrosive, it might help! I agree, looks like water or something water based. There are other fuel system cleaners out there, I just have never seen them work, so if the FG part can't be located...

    Yiu said the fuel system was full of "tar". Cummins makes a cleaner that works wonders, I have seen it work on the dyno. The 1 gallon p/n is CC36096.
