    A battery compartment under the passenger seat will make the seat very hight. I had a simelar idea in 1981 during first restauration but I quit that idea after I found out that i will look through the upper windshild frame. And the storrage under the front seats were only 6 inch hight. Wolf

    Hallo, how about to relocate the batteries to the right fender Get a sheet meatal bend, cut the fender as little as possilble, weld the box in and locate the batteries there. on the added pic the batteries are far left. Wolf
