As I understand it you do not want blow-by pressure in the oil sump. I do not think you have that. I've got an 802 that definitely has blow-by with only 450 or so hours on it. This usually means pressure is getting past the rings and into the crank case. I've been running it hard with break...
Safety question, a very late safety question: I did not see you trip over a ground rod in last video. Do you have a ground rod installed for this generator? Also, I like you neighbors WAY more than I like mine. Running at night gets me disapproving stares from next door.
I'm still not convinced it is.......so, one more shot at fuel pump specs. Original primary fuel pumps were Facet 40193 as shown in TM 9-6115-642-24P on p67/153.

It appears Facet no longer makes the pump but I was able to find...
I'm having a difficult time finding specs on the specified Airtex E1074 Main Fuel Pump. I can find plenty of data on the Aux Fuel Pump.....from the Ops Manual -
Auxiliary Fuel Pump:
Voltage Rating 24 VDC
Delivery Pressure 5.0-6.5 psi (34.5-65.5 kPa) range
My notes say for Primary: Facet...
Check oil sending unit and pressure switch wiring. I had a wire vibrate in two on an 802 one time.
3 wires at sender / switch:
Then check connections at gauge.
I just took a look at my 803A and the as installed condition of my fuel solenoid agrees with "FIGURE 6. Fuel Solenoid Installation" in ARMY TM 9-2815-253-24P and jamawieb's post #16. You have found an error in the TM's "FIGURE 9. Governor System" with regard to the Fuel Solenoid linkage connection.
