    Also it is better to change the connector so they fit the 60 gs then to grind the spade down.

    Mine did that when i installed new 60gs. It was just crud on the resiter tho. Smelled like old steam pipes when you turn them on for the first time in the winter. No saying thats your problem but its something to consider.
