gl is the enemy my card was valid , zero balance, plenty of room for a dozen trucks, nothing was ever tried to be charged from gl, thats the way they operate. I buy from other auction sites and never have a problem.

finally received a call from govt liq i sent faxes every two hours for one week ,live chat at least once a day emailed every chance i could,rep said some one added a www in front of my email and thats why i was not being notified BS ,still doesnt explain them not answering my phone calls faxes...

i did the same thing faxed then called to confirm then i called after euc cleared but could never get invoiced for the truck ,every time i called they would tell me they are very busy and would get to me soon next thing i know i am in default

14 faxes, 7 live chats ,6 phone calls and 11 emails only had one return email stating management would get back to me in 72 hrs but that has been one week ago how about that for customer service.it just goes to show that if you get something cheap enough govt liq is not going to let it go its...

i have live chatted as much as i ever wanted to ,i dont talk to my wife as much as i have chatted to get this done,and yes i think there is a magic number that if an item doesnt sell for if gl can somehow get it listed back ,thats whats going to happen , there is no other reason that i would not...

I contacted the live help today told them i have all of my paperwork in order and turned in on time and to send me over an invoice and run my card i will pick it up tomorrow . of course i have not received a response yet .by the looks of this deal they were going to screw me from the beginning

i did win the truck in the auction and it was a winch truck for 1600 bucks i think if you get too good a deal they jerk you around and relist the truck to get more money,no way am i sending them 500 bucks so they can screw me again

no emails were sent to me i have been checking like a kid on christmas that includes my spam folder and no my credit card was not declined it doesnt have any charges on it and i contacted the bank to see if anything was declined on it so no it was not my fault i simply have not been invoiced or...

won a truck in july submitted my paperwork the next day had 1 revision and euc cleared 8- 28 I have called them and talked on live help at least 5 times trying to get invoiced tried to log on today and my account is suspended talked to live help and they want almost 500 bucks for a default fee...
