    Coal-Tar Epoxy?

    I think its adhesion is the best for sure so that steel can’t be rusted by water or salt. Coal tar itself is adhesive, sticky, cohesive but cons. Is also Clear Really hard to remove, bcz it is not hard. exposure of hot sun makes them more sticky, more soft but not melted. If you touch it...
