    M35A2 Registrations, In NY

    I haven' registered a M35 in NYS state but I have been successful in registering both a 1952 XM211 and a M135 with nothing but a bill of sale. Both had to be registered commercial as HX plates in NY have a bunch of regulations. Passenger plates were not an option as GVW is over 5500lbs. As for...
