Axle wrap with a bobbed deuce?

depends on you wheel base too. this is a 5 ton tractor which i set up for the m105 bed. worst case you can also build a little cradle on the bottom of the frame to jump around that stuff. i didnt do that to this truck cause customer wanted more of the look and just didn't want the wrap of the...

Axle wrap with a bobbed deuce?

both of you have very valid points. do the springs really even move that much? the bars will let the axle move in its generic motion (backwards) but not at the full rate it really should. But how much does it move? or move at all? In a perfect world the axle should only move up and down but as...

Axle wrap with a bobbed deuce?

another thing i noticed with the deuce spring hangers is on some not all but the hangers don't flex all the way due to the casting be to bulky around the hanger and shackle. If you flapper wheel it it gives the shackle more swivel . i dont have a pic here to show it, ill try when i get home

im bobbing a 900 series 5 ton right now and am adding traction bars. If you guys have ideas and measurements i can cut something custom out for ya. Im using 2 1/2" od x .250wall DOM tube and 1"x1.25" heims. (what we use on the monster truck upper bars) on this cusomters truck. but for 2.5tons i...
