    Good point. I did not stop to consider the state laws and politics around it. In Oregon I think the cutoff for gas vehicles to do "DEQ" is 1975. I'll have to look into it for diesel trucks.

    Thanks for the tip guys! My issues with A3's are auto tranny, love sound of multifuel, and lights mounted on fenders = UGLY. Love the drop-side cargo bed! My first choice is M35A2C. I have cash... What are the registration issues?

    Hello from Portland, OR How did this work out for you? I'm in Portland and also looking for a deuce. It seems the gov surplus sales have really dried up. A while back they were auctioning them off like mad, now not so much. Do any of you know what may be behind that? Coincidence...
