    My M146/future camper build.

I picked up a couple of boxes to mount under the M146. It will have plenty of clearance with the lift and 14-20's.

    My M146/future camper build.

I got to take it out for a ride today to see how it tracks behind the truck. Next stop Iola or bust!

    My M146/future camper build.

Ok it's settled I'll do the roof in the white elastmatic coating. It's leak free not but don't want to wait for one.

    My M146/future camper build.

I used exterior latex paint I got from home depot. I might use herculiner bed liner on the roof cause I have a gallon left over.

    My M146/future camper build.

I got some paint on the trailer today. Still need to paint the top and a few other spots.

    My M146/future camper build.

Soon Ray. I keep forgetting to go get plates for it. I definitely need to see how it tracks and adjust if needed. I thinking on building a fold up stairs for the rear I just don't really know how I want to do it yet. Agazza I would look into get a axle from a semi trailer with air brakes. Having...

    My M146/future camper build.

Well I got the 14-20's on the trailer. Now looking at it makes it all worth it. It sits pretty much level with tractor. I'm going to have to extend the landing gear now!

    My M146/future camper build.

Mocking up tires to see how high it will be. Looks like it should sit even with the M931a2 tractor.

    My M146/future camper build.

It's the original axle Ray. Just has an adapter to go to ten lugs.

    My M146/future camper build.

Made a rear ICC bumper and put in some more bracing between the frames. Also getting close to putting on the 14-20's!

    My M146/future camper build.

I'm using 5 ton combat wheels with a set of wheel adapters.

    My M146/future camper build.

Yep Ray you are right on. Before with small tires the landing gear was on a forward angle do to the height of the 5 ton a1/a2's. Now the gear is straight up and down.

Now if I can only make the inside as nice as your M146 Ray.

    My M146/future camper build.

For now I'm going to use some wood blocks. I think I'll make some new taller landing gear shoes.

    My M146/future camper build.

With the deuce frame upside down it gave a little more clearance for the M146 brake stuff. I do think it's up about 8". Once I get the 14-20 Goodyear's on it should sit just about level.

    My M146/future camper build.

The reason I'm using the extra frame is so I can extend it to the back and join it with an icc bumper. I want to build a bumper with steps and put a pintle hitch on the back so I can drag my M105 with to. I still need to plate the sides of the frames and trim off the excess on the front. I don't...

    My M146/future camper build.

Operation trailer lift. I'm going to be running 14-20's on my M146 so I needed a lift kit. I'm using a section of deuce frame in between the stock frame and suspension. Hoping to get it done by tomorrow.
