    I am happy to report that I will have some very good news to report in the next couple of weeks. The short story is that wheel tactical vehicles will continue to be surplussed and that as far as this issue goes (the change in code from 3 to 6), we are good. I will report back when I have more.

    So who knows the MVPA President? The longer we wait, the the better the odds this becomes permanent. Who can implement a plan of action? I work 65 hours a week, I don't have the time for this. There has to be someone who can step up to the plate...

    Long post, so be patient. A couple of points for foundation. SEMA is the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association. They have become the de facto representative of the "car hobby". I feel the HMV hobby is (and if it isn't, it should be) aligned with the collector car hobby. Let's face it...
