Yes its not compatable.... from previous postings.... not heard back on where he is on his ctis adventure. Being in Italy he can't just find another known to work one to swap test with that easily.

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

but was the setup he put in intended not for now but for AFTER camper box installed? IMHO if all your valves etc. check out as no leaks.... leave it as is and re-evaluate after your camper box is installed and fully loaded. Unless of course your driving her a bunch right now and do not want to...

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

Some good reading applies here about what is, isnt good air pressure. Do some additional searches about max psi. Some of it surprised me. Just maybe the German feller who modified things is a pretty smart feller? https://www.4wheelparts.com/a/tire-wheel-package-guide-tire-pressure-checker

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

Neither of those are for an FMTV. Both are for M939's and far as I know where not used on any fmtv's. IF either are on your truck then someone frankensteined the ctis. Probably not the case. Did you buy from individual or from Military auction? BTW..... great to have an FMTV owner from...

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

whomever did the interior of both cab and rear habitat did an awesome job. Would love to see more. Curious of your rear bumper too. As to MTV CTIS valve causing issues with other components..... have not heard/seen a mention that valves used are any different between the LMTV's and the...

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

At lease now for sure he wont be on a wild goose chase, trying to chase down problems..... that were potentially not problems..... just an MTV controller doing what it is supposed to do. Too bad that is not the case as it appears to be like yall surmised earlier. It will be an advantage if he...

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

sounds like you determine the pressure you are getting is due to other issues so may/may not be an MTV controller. In that case do as others have suggested and trouble shoot further before worrying about modifying controller. The Technical Manuals aka TM's (repair, maintain, driver) can be...

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

the M1078's ctis programed military PSI is for ability to jumping from "on road" to "off road" quickly. For majority of highway use it is way to low. Leads to excessive tire wear spongy ride. If yours is NOT an air problem but actually an MTV controller You will find many with an LMTV want...

CTIS hwy blinks again after 30 seconds

Suprman alluded to this....... It could it be possible you have ended up with a MTV CTIS computer? they run up to 85lb I believe so getting by error to 90lb may be in that computers margin of error. If that is the case consider yourself lucky. Is it to high? what is your load? what tire are...
