side note.... one of the balancer companies like centramatic also makes a driveshaft balancer that works on similar principle!!! They make tire balancer's like centramatic too.

much appreciate input. do you know if these balls are evenly distributed on both sides of the rubber run flat orr ? Have you had them apart recent ? Curious if those bearings beat up/break down the rubber bead flat. Would think their would be rubber dust inside if so. Inside wheel paint...
that makes since...... if it sticks in one place then that may be worse.... unless an imbalance shakes them loose and they fly off to get stuck to the spot that puts them back in balance again. Sounds like by your description of "all the way around" indicates that is not what is appearing to...
Not any more........ he discovered it quickly disappears..... apparently gets dispelled by the inflate deflate of the ctis orr.. who knows where..... but it seems to find a way to disappear.

since you have the links saved..... wasn't there one person who said they run them in their tires??? if so maybe PM them with a link to this thread to encourage them to add their .02? If it is whom I'm thinking it is..... they are not on here often.
pretty sure there is a thread on this...... least similar. Seem to recall someone saying the've been running them. I'll try to round it up... though you might find it first with a search for ... beads ctis large....
