    Is it plywood or cardboard or something else? Yeah, the cheapness factor is a good thing. Does it stay behind the grill by itself or do you have some zip ties holding it in place?

    Any updates on this? How much work is it to remove the water pump fan in the spring time? Now that the weather is cold, it got me thinking about an electric fan for my "virgin" deuce :wink:.
