    Replace the short section of fuel line at the return check valve on the top of the IP with a clear piece of fuel line. Then you can see if you are getting air in the lines. If so, closely examine the fuel filter to see if the fuel pressure sensor on the back of the filter base is leaking. Also...

    It requires special tools to calibrate them correctly. I'd suggest a PM to Cucvrus, as he has a place he likes to send them to to be rebuilt.
