    Yes, I installed them incorrectly and the bar broke as we tested it around the yard, which was very uneven. There were extra parts around, so after replacing the broken towbar everything was ready for the long tow home...

    If the terrain isn't nice and level, an upside down towbar foot will cause the bar to break...(deuce towing 8x8)
