    I never done the grounding. I sent it to a shop and had it done. So I would not be the one to give you the correct answer. I know when I have it done the automotive alternators it cost me about $40. Wish I could be more helpful.

    The alternators both need to be isolated ground. The alternators on a stock 24 volt CUCV are the same on either side. No difference. So you will need 2 isolated ground alternators.
