    OK Monster Man , First off Nevada has the same CDL requirements as the rest of the states. Weight is only one factor. You could need a CDL just to drive a 3/4 ton van if say you were hauling compressed gas. On the other hand you could be driving a large motorhome with a "GVW" of say 32,000 lbs...
